Ford Cortina Clutch And Brake Master Cylinders.
Original items off a 1969 Cortina Estate.
They are going to need a full overhaul. I can’t get the top off the larger cylinder (got tiny, feeble hands) but the inside of the smaller one doesn’t look too bad. These is a small hole in the small cap (pictured).
