If you are not totally satisfied with our Item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange it’s return. We will start the return process and ensure that you are immediately refunded upon return of the Item. All products must be returned in it’s original packaging, in the same condition as sent out originally to the customer. Any products that have been used/fitted on to a vehicle, cannot be returned. We will also not accept any returns for products which have been tampered with or altered in any manner. All our products are marked with Invisible Ink so please ensure that you send back our product only (not similar ones). Full refund is given to all correctly returned parts but the customer is still responsible for all return postage costs. Items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 24 hours for next day delivery anywhere in the UK. Larger items may take upto 5 working days for delivery, please check postage terms for each Item. All packages are sent with national carriers and can be tracked online.
